During the duo’s Reading and Leads Festival performance, Twenty One Pilots‘ frontman Tyler Joseph crowd surfed his way to a raised platform out in the middle of the pit. While crowd surfing, Joseph had his shirt ripped apart and his masked removed. Eventually, after over 2 minutes of crowd surfing, Tyler finally made his way to the platform, climbed to the top where he appears to possibly cut the set short.

“Thanks everyone. We gotta be done. Josh that’s it. We gotta be done.” Not sure if something else happened during the crowd surfing, but it sure doesn’t look or sound like a traditional way to end a set.

Time will tell.
