A Day to Remember drops new single “Resentment”

By November 21, 2019No Comments

A Day to Remember’s latest single “Resentment” is now available on all streaming platforms.

The song starts with a fun guitar riff, backed by some electronic sounds. It quickly goes into a heavy riff, followed by a quiet verse, and then an incredible rock chorus. The breakdown is absolutely insane and matches up to other iconic A Day to Remember songs.

After delaying the release of their album titled You’re Welcome, A Day to Remember has been under pressure by fans to release another single. Their previous single “Degenerates” was not received well by many. Fans expressed concern for the lack of heavy rock elements that make ADTR’s iconic sound. But Jeremy stood by his decision to release Degenerates as the first single from their new album.

Luckily, “Resentment” sounds like the A Day to Remember we know and love, just with a little twist. I think it’s safe to say there are still high hopes for heavier sounds on their new album which is set to release in January.
