Academy Killer premieres “The Distance”

Passion. Expression. Drive. Hamilton-based pop punk band Academy Killer incorporates each of these things into every note, and is gearing up to share it with the world via their forthcoming sophomore EP, Lost In Make Believe. Now fans can get their first taste of the record with the band’s new single and music video, “The Distance,” premiering now on Alternative Press, but you can check it out below.

On “The Distance,” lead singer Kevin Talbot shares: “The message is simple; Live passionately, follow your heart and chase your dreams. Everything you do, do it with your entire being.

Drummer Nathaniel Schuster adds: “We are trying to reinforce the mindset that no goal is too big. It’s all about your attitude and perspective.
