Emerging alternative artist, Jxke, has released a powerful new single, “fiftyone.” “fiftyone” is Jxke’s debut solo track that will sure to draw in listeners into a nostalgic space full of only the best pop punk.
“fiftyone” pulls from several different themes, ranging from heartbreak to the struggles one can feel moving on. Jxke was able to capture such raw emotions in the song by reflecting on his past relationships and the desire to escape all the memories that haunt him.
Jxke states:
“I will be going about my day and randomly be hit with a melody. I’ll build off of that and create a solid enough melody to write lyrics to it. I wanted to create something that I would love to see live from a fan perspective and that’s what happened. I hope that “fiftyone” resonates with anyone who has ever felt lost or broken”
“fiftyone” does not disappoint! For anyone who has gone through a breakup and felt heartbreak will easily relate with this song. If anyone is looking for a nostalgic pop punk feel from the Warped Tour days, this is the song for you.
