By June 22, 2020No Comments

European alt-rock band, Halflives release remix of “Rockstar Everyday”, in collaboration with dance production duo MC4D.  The remix release includes a social media Pride Month-themed campaign, inviting fans to play the track on streaming platforms and posting videos of themselves celebrating and having fun with the hashtag #PrideAtHome in celebration of the annual event that won’t be happening in the streets this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Commenting on the #PrideAtHome initiative and the Halflives release, vocalist Linda Battilani says, “With Pride not being celebrated in the streets this year, we wanted to bring pride to your home. So let’s break out our Pride, dance and show the world what we stand for. When we planned this release we could never have known how revolutionary this month would be. We wanted to put out something that could uplift and encourage each victory our community is facing. Here’s to equality in all forms.”

The song is now available on all streaming/download platforms here.  You can also check out the video for the original version below:

Halflives recently released their new EP Resilience on March 13th 2020 and toured Europe with Icon For Hire in February/March 2020.
