It’s no surprise that the current COVID-19 pandemic is shaking up the music scene.
Without the ability to go on tour, some of our favorite bands are struggling financially.
To try and combat this, Liquid Death, a water company specializing in overly extra and extremely funny marketing, committed to getting people to drink more water.
Their initiative, “Cans for Bands” kicked off on May 22nd, and states that 50% of all sales made over the next 30 days will benefit bands who participate in their profit-sharing program.
If you are a fan of bands like Converge, Mutoid Man, The Bombpops, Teenage Bottlerocket, Bad Cop Bad Cop, Badd Wolf, The AquaDolls, and The Last Gang, be sure to pick up some Liquid Death at the closest Whole Foods Market to you!
Purchases must be made at Whole Foods Market to benefit bands.
For the next 30 days, every time you buy Liquid Death at @WholeFoods we will donate 50% of the profits to stuggling bands who can no longer tour because of covid. Kill a thirst, help a band.🔪🤘 #cansforbands #liquiddeath #wholefoods pic.twitter.com/A5fUBs6uAj
