LØLØ has released her brand new 6-song EP debbie downer which is available now on all streaming platforms. The new EP brings a previously unreleased track “boohoo” to her song catalog. The new track along with the previously released “asking for a friend” are both more laid-back and slower in nature compared to the other songs on the record. Both tracks perfectly showcase LØLØ’s infectious voice and ability to deliver a ballad. The best part is both tracks force the listener to listen to the lyrics, which based on both tracks’ lyrical content and messages is a good thing.
I’ve been a champion of LØLØ’s for awhile now and honestly feel that she doesn’t miss on every single release. She gets it and understands how to get those catchy earworms of melodies she seems to master stuck in your head every time — a must-need skill in order to be a household name one day.
