New Found Glory is gearing up to drop their upcoming record Forever + Ever x Infinity on June 19th via Hopeless Records. Today, the band released the song “Himalaya” with a music video. You can check it out right here on All Punked Up!
In a recent press release, guitarist Chad Gilbert discusses the album:
“The old now feels new and fresh. It was a blast finding ourselves again. Combining punk, hardcore, and post-hardcore with emotional lyrics and melody is nothing new for the band that epitomizes heartfelt optimism with DIY work-ethic and spirit. But never has this been more evident than this 15-song barn burner of a record.”
So far, New Found Glory has dropped three singles: “Shook By Your Shaved Head“, “Greatest Of All Time“, and “Nothing To Say.”
Their latest single “Himalaya” showcases the band’s heavier pop-punk sound. The music video for “Himalaya” uses trippy effects and clips from the state fair and recent concerts. The video also takes fans on a rollercoaster ride through the album cover artwork between these clips.
