Oliver Tree drops his final song ‘Let Me Down’ + other news

By April 7, 2020No Comments

Olive Tree is one to keep his fans on their toes. On March 21st, he tweeted that his debut album Ugly Is Beautiful would come out in a week. A few days later, he posted a note that said his album release was cancelled due to COVID-19.

Not long after this, he threw a curveball at us all! He made an Instagram/Twitter post proposing if fans posted pictures of him with the hashtag #OLIVERTREEISOVERPARTY, he would share his final song and video – and he did not disappoint!

‘Let Me Down’ dropped April 7th, and it’s everything you could want out of one last Oliver Tree hoorah. The song has the classic hip hop/alternative sound for some classic Oliver vibes. The video is fun, creative, and colorful with that DIY feeling. Not to mention, you also get the iconic Oliver Tree outfit that we have all come to love. Check out the video below because it is not something you want to miss out on.

Although we can all only HOPE that Oliver Tree does not leave us for good, this would be a hell of a way to go out! Listen and listen more to ‘Let Me Down’ as, not a way to fret, but celebrate the end of an era!
