Mayday Parade started teasing fans about new music on social media this week with cryptic videos. The band has not released new music since 2018 and recently announced the It Is What It Is tour with Grayscale and Point North.
Yesterday, we covered the first video in their cryptic series.
Today, the band posted a second video showing a foggy glass covered in water droplets with blurry lights passing by. This video contains thunderstorm sounds like the first, but the last ten seconds sound like a radio skipping through multiple tracks and concludes with what sounds like a section of a new Mayday Parade song. The lyrics say, “Somebody tell me I’m fine,” which is also reflected in the caption of the post.
