The global outbreak of COVID-19, more commonly known as the coronavirus, has heavily impacted the music industry. We’ve seen many tours being either canceled or postponed in the past week. In the statement posted across social media and on their website, the festival will continue as planned. The festival’s organizers, however, will continue to monitor the spread of the virus and acknowledge that things could change in the coming months. Necessary adjustments will be made if public safety is still in question this summer. You can read the full statement here on the festival’s website.
This year’s edition of Sad Summerfest will be headlined by All Time Low. The remaining lineup includes The Story So Far, The Maine, Movements, Grayscale, Yours Truly, and Destroy Boys on all dates.
