Taylor Swift has achieved yet another remarkable feat by surpassing The Beatles for the most weeks spent in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 albums chart. It’s a milestone no artist has achieved in the last six decades.

As of the latest Billboard 200 chart (dated March 2nd), Swift has three albums in the top 10: 1989 (Taylor’s Version) at No. 6, Lover at No. 7, and Midnights at No. 9. These entries push her cumulative total to an impressive 384 weeks spent in the top 10 across her 16 top-charting albums.

This achievement surpasses The Beatles’ record of 382 weeks, which they accumulated across their 32 top 10 albums. It’s worth noting that the Billboard 200 chart wasn’t published weekly until March 1956, and the current combined chart format was established in August 1963.

Swift’s first appearance in the top 10 happened in November 2007 with her self-titled debut album, while The Beatles’ first entry came in February 1964 with Meet the Beatles!. Notably, The Beatles’ last top 10 appearance was in November 2022 with a deluxe reissue of their 1966 album Revolver.

Midnights leads among Swift’s top 10 albums with 68 weeks in the region, followed by 1989 (Taylor’s Version) (60 weeks), Fearless (58 weeks), Lover (54 weeks), and Folklore (30 weeks).

The Beatles’ top five albums by total weeks in the top 10 are Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (35 weeks), Abbey Road (28 weeks), A Hard Day’s Night (28 weeks), Meet the Beatles! (21 weeks), and 1 (20 weeks).

Following Swift and The Beatles in the list of artists with the most weeks in the top 10 (since August 1963) are The Rolling Stones (309 weeks), Barbra Streisand (277 weeks), and Drake and Mariah Carey (233 weeks each).
