Australian pop-punk band Yours Truly just dropped their latest single “Composure” along with a music video. You can check out the video right here on All Punked Up!
Vocalist Mikaila Delgado explains that “Composure” focuses on the anxiety she faced in an unstable relationship.
“‘Composure’ is about trying to keep your cool at the end of a relationship and how difficult it can be. It’s natural to be upset, angry, and a million other emotions at once. I wrote it at a time when I really needed to reclaim my self-worth after losing so much of it. I was over being miserable and waiting for acceptance.”
While Yours Truly is a young band, they have already received a ton of attention. Yours Truly has been offered festival slots from shows like Riot Fest, Slam Dunk, Good Things, and Sad Summerfest. The band has also supported powerhouse performers like Sum 41, Senses Fail, and State Champs.
