Ghost Town Remedy releases new music video to shine light on mental illness

By September 5, 2020No Comments

September marks suicide prevention month. To bring some light to mental health, Ghost Town Remedy asked their fans to submit a video holding up a sign with the name of a loved one they had lost to mental illness, or share their own personal struggles. These videos were woven together to help create a music video for their song “A Lesson In Shapeshifting”.

“Mental illness can be an uncomfortable topic to talk about for some people but I think more people have been affected by it than openly admit it. I want to erase that stigma attached to it because you can’t fix the problem if we’re too afraid to talk about it.” -TJ Maher (vocals/guitar)
