Super Whatevr collabs with Mark Hoppus on new song

By July 12, 2020No Comments

On July 10th, Super Whatevr released a new song, titled “Carhartts & Converse” which features Blink-182’s, Mark Hoppus.

Super Whatevr’s singer Skyler McKee says that this collaboration was a “dream come true”. McKee also says;

“Y’all ever dream of creating art with someone you revere and respect? Yeah, I got to do that with Mark Hoppus. I wanted to make a song about courage and strength amidst people trying to put you down. A song about loving yourself for what you’re worth rather than what others say about you. Mark was an amazing person to work with because he’s so open to facilitating these conversations, and he’s just a badass songwriter in general. Enjoy the tune in your clothes that make you feel the most confident and don’t let anyone tell you that you’re worth anything less.”
